In 2007, a DVD was released featuring Allan playing with Pasqua, Haslip and Wackerman at Yoshi's jazz club. This DVD has proven to be very popular. As it turns out, the DVD was in fact compiled from FOUR separate shows. The band had their clothes cleaned between performances to maintain continuity, but if you look closely, you can see different people in the same audience spots.
Now the complete four shows are getting released. The video has been all-reedited, and the audio has been remixed. The shows are initially getting released on the streaming platform HITKOR, and the first show was released on August 7, 2025, to coincide with Allan's 79th birthday. The remaining three shows will be released sequentially over the next year. There's also a Blu-Ray box set in the works.
