Documenting the release of this album is complicated by the fact that PledgeMusic has since gone out of business, and their website has disappeared. The only information that is available openly is what has been archived on The Wayback Machine. A lot of the material posted on the Pledge site required a sign-in, which means this material is not available through the Wayback Machine. (The first archived copy is from March 7, 2015.)
