Allan plays a solo on “Day of the dead”, which is progressive hard rock instrumental. Zakk Wylde plays rhythm guitar and a solo. Allan plays three separate solo parts on this 8-minute number. “One Thing After Another” is Mahavshnu-esque fusion, which is not surprising as it features Jerry Goodman. Allan plays two very nice shorter solos.
