It is a special edition of "[[Wardenclyffe Tower (album)|Wardenclyffe Tower]]" for the Japanese market, with three bonus tracks: A reworking of “Tokyo Dream”, and two parts of “The Un-Merry-Go-Round” featuring Gordon Beck. Allan’s “Tokyo” solo here eclipses the already monumental “Road Games” version, in fact the whole band sounds fantastic. The other two tracks are very nice as well. "The Un-Merry-Go-Round part 4" works well as a tune of its own, while "Part 5" very much sounds like a continuation of part 4. "Part 4" features an almost gospel-like piano solo by Gordon, while "Part 5" features a somewhat brief baritone guitar solo. It also features the strangest fadeout on any Holdsworth album: At around 1.05, the fade starts during Allan's guitar solo, but then at around 1.30, it fades briefly IN again, and then fades out to silence.

All three bonus tracks are included on the Manifesto 2017 remasters.
